After several hours, I have managed to reverse engineer this blog and put it into a format which makes it easier to read from start to finish. So, if you haven't read this blog before and can't be doing with all the hassle of flicking through the pages backwards, click here and you can download the whole thing in one pdf file and read it at your leisure.
Please note that some of the links in the text of the pdf don't work properly when clicked. The pdf converter I used cut off the web address at the end of each line so a few of them will need some minor additions on the browser address line to get them to work.
